Comedy at Buds-A-Palooza

Three comedy shows. Zero filter. Questionable decisions encouraged.

Need a break from the music, murals, glass, and glorious overstimulation? Wander over to the comedy stage.

From open mic chaos to a late-night lineup that gets rowdier as the sun goes down, this is where the festival takes a sharp, hilarious turn.

Not just stand-up. A full comedy ride.

This is not some folding-chair side stage with one guy doing airport material.

Buds-A-Palooza comedy comes in three flavors: wild-card open mic energy, sharp sideways chaos, and a later set that gets a little more unhinged in all the right ways.

Whether you like smart punchlines, weird brains, crowd pops, or that one joke that makes you laugh and immediately look around, you’re in the right place.

Later Show

Blunt Force Comedy Hour

Rowdier. Riskier. Slightly feral in the best way.

7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

This is the late one. The crowd is loose. The comics are warmed up. The energy is exactly where you want it.

Blunt Force Comedy Hour is the sharp end of the comedy lineup. Big personalities, bigger laughs, and the kind of set that hits even harder after a full day of festival madness.

Come for the punchlines. Stay because somebody just said something wildly out of pocket and now the whole crowd is losing it.

Headliner: Marcella Arguello

Featuring: Lauren Rachel & Darryl Graves

Hosted by: Jamin Brown

Middle Show

High Functioning Chaos Hour

Sharp minds. Zero filter. Elevated timing.

5:30 PM to 7:00 PM

This one lives in that beautiful pocket between clever and chaotic.

High Functioning Chaos Hour brings together comics with sharp timing, strange brains, and no real interest in keeping things too polished. It’s smart, loose, quick, and just unstable enough to keep you locked in.

If you like your comedy with a little side-eye and a lot of “where is this going?” energy, this is your set.

Hosted by: Sarah Steiner

Featuring: Tia Bowden, HypnoGoddess & Phillip Jewell

Pass the Blunt, I Mean the Mic is our open mic show featuring a mix of booked comics and brave degenerates signing up on-site for their moment in the spotlight.

Some will crush. Some will surprise you. Some may learn, in real time, that stand-up is harder than it looks.

That is the beauty of it.

Why the comedy stage hits

A different kind of festival energy

When you need a reset from the music and movement, comedy gives you a whole new kind of high.

Three shows. Three moods.

Start with open mic chaos, level up into smart weirdness, then finish with the rowdier late set.

Included with your ticket

No extra pass. No upgrade. Just wander over when you hear a crowd erupting.

Catch a set. Catch all three. Regret nothing.

Come early for the chaos. Stay late for the killers. Not all jokes will be safe. That’s kind of the point.
