Location: Downtown Phoenix

Main Entrance / Check-In: 5th Street & Roosevelt

Event Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Read This First

• Friday is your only opportunity to bring a vehicle on-site.
• No vehicles allowed on-site Saturday at any time.
• Saturday load-in is foot traffic only. Use carts, wagons, dollies, etc.
• All vendors must be fully set up before doors open at 2:00 PM.
• Do not tear down before 10:00 PM.

Load-In Details

Friday Load-In (Strongly Recommended)

Starts at 2:00 PM

• Vehicles are allowed on-site Friday.
• Best time to unload tents, product, and heavy equipment.
• Not required, but highly recommended for vendors with heavier or larger setups.

Saturday Load-In (Event Day)

Starts at 8:00 AM

• No vehicles allowed on-site.
• All items must be carried or carted to your booth.

Important Timing

• Main tents must be set up before Fire Inspection at 12:00 PM.
• You may continue setting up decor, product, and merchandising until doors at 2:00 PM.

Parking

Location: AZ Center Garage

• Vendors will receive a QR code for free parking.
• Please park first, then bring items to the event site.
